- Our customer care team will give you a call and arrange an appointment with a friendly surveyor.
- You will receive an interest-free balance of £600, which can be used across our entire range of products.
- Our customer care team will contact you to finalise all the details and arrange your delivery/fitting.
- Once we have received 25% of your order value, customer care will be in touch. They’ll arrange a date for your flooring to be fitted or your furniture to be delivered.

VisitTell us when you would like a surveyor to visit your property for a no-obligation quote.

SamplesThe surveyor will measure up and bring samples of our carpet, laminate and vinyl. They’ll also bring our furniture catalogue. They’ll provide you with a quote and talk you through the Pay Weekly options.

DepositWhen you’re happy to proceed, the surveyor will take a small deposit. The deposit can be anywhere between £40 and £80.

Fitting/deliveryWe will be able to organise a fitting/delivery date. We’ll send you a text message or give you a call to arrange this.

FittingFitting appointments run from 8am - 8pm. Customer care will call you the day before to remind you of your fitting fee and to ensure you’re still available for your fitting date.

DeliveryWe will call to let you know when your furniture will arrive.
