The Easiest Way To Upgrade Your Home
Here at Pay As You Go Carpets, we like to make things easy. You don’t have to visit a store to see our flooring samples - we bring them to your home. Your fitting is all arranged by us, and our friendly customer care team will keep you updated along your Pay As You Go Carpets journey. Flooring isn’t all we offer - you can order a bed, sofa or dining room set from just £10 a week.
We come to you
Your days trekking through carpet shops are over! We bring the shopping experience to your living room. We come to your home, measure up and take your order - all during the same appointment.
When your surveyor arrives, they will show you our full range of flooring for you to choose from. We have slimmed our carpet styles down to just 10 colours, so you don’t have to spend hours deliberating over hundreds of shades. We’ve chosen a range in neutral colours that will look great in any home and we have vinyl and laminate available to view.
We show you all flooring samples - as well as our furniture range
The surveyors bring all carpet, vinyl and laminate flooring samples with them - just in case something different takes your fancy! They will also bring our full furniture catalogue and if you have some Pay As You Go Carpets allowance to spare, you can purchase furniture alongside your flooring that same day.
We arrange for your flooring to be fit at a time convenient to you
The fitters cover a number of areas and customer care will book a day and time to suit you. The fitters have a combined 50 years of experience between them and are committed to the high standards as set by Pay As You Go Carpets. They will introduce themselves by text before your appointment, and they will keep in touch with you to let you know when they are on their way.
Our customer care team are available Monday to Saturday
Our dedicated customer care team are waiting to take your call. Whether you’re looking to order a product for the first time or just want to ask a couple of questions about your account - it’s no problem! You can call us between Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, and Saturday 9am - 1pm. We can even manage some of your queries on Facebook, just drop us a message and we’ll be in touch as soon as the office opens.
Once your balance is under £200, you can upgrade your home further
You can keep upgrading your home with us as many times as you like! Once your balance is under £200, we will give you a call to let you know that you’ve been approved for our VIP club, where you will have access to an exclusive VIP-only range. If you have X, you are automatically approved for an X allowance which can be applied to flooring, beds, sofas and more.
We take care of you every step of the way
We will keep checking in with you throughout your Pay As You Go Carpets journey. We understand that modern life can be busy and X, so we will send you reminders for your appointments, just in case you forget. We’ll also give you a ring to check that you’re happy with the products you’ve ordered. Our surveyors, fitters and customer care team are friendly and supportive - we never hard-sell or pester you to order. We pride ourselves on creating happy customers, so we’ll make sure you’re satisfied from start to finish.
