Home Visits - Maintaining Safety For All


As we continue through these unprecedented times with Covid-19, we must ensure we are doing all we can for the safety of our customers and all our staff.


To assist in this we are changing the way our appointments work. We are now offering home visits or video appointments, so you can choose the option which works best for you and your requirements. You can book your preferred option here.

Should you decide on a home visit please read the below and check out our video to understand the process and how we will ensure all home visits are carried out safely.

Personal Health

As with our staff we are asking our customers should they experience any of the following they call the office as soon as posible and we will rearrange your appointment. 

The Step By Step Guide - Flooring Home Appointment

  1. Your surveyor will call you when they arrive so you can let them into the room/s you need measured.
  2. We ask that you please step out of the rooms you would like measured and they will measure up as quickly as possible. We would also ask that all doors are left open so they do not need to touch any door handles, but would advise you to clean all door handles once they finish.
  3. Once your surveyor has measured they will return to the vehicle and get you the flooring samples that you are interested in and leave them on your doorstep. We recommend you wash your hands before and after handling them.
  4. When you have picked the perfect colour or design for you, please return the samples to your doorstep and your surveyor will  confirm the next steps from a safe social distance.
  5. Once your surveyor has left, one of our office staff will give you a call within 48 hours to run through the details of  your order and set up your direct debit mandate for your weekly payments.
  6. Your order will be fitted once you reach 25% of your order total paid. 

The Step By Step Guide - Furniture Appointment

  1. Your surveyor will contact you when they arrive to let you know they are outside.
  2. They will leave a catalogue on your doorstep then call you from their vehicle. Please wash your hands before handling the brochure.
  3. Once you have viewed the catalogue please return it back to your doorstep and wash your hands again.
  4. Your surveyor will then talk to you from over 2m away from your front door to answer any questions you may have about the pay weekly process and explain the next steps.
  5. Once your surveyor has left, one of our office staff will give you a call within 48 hours to run through the details of  your order and set up your direct debit mandate for your weekly payments.
  6. After you pay 25% of the order total and your delivery fee we will get the product delivered to your door.
